Dear Customers and Partners,

We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you during this time of uncertainty.

I want you to know you have our commitment to continue providing you with the products and services you depend on. For more than a decade, Anova has focused on our two-fold mission to deliver financial network connectivity and distribute market data delivery around the world. This enduring mission guides us as we closely monitor, assess and respond to this situation.

As a valued customer or partner of networks and services, we understand the importance of the products we provide to you and your business. You rely on us to help power your livelihood, and we understand the responsibility that entails. Meeting that responsibility day in and day out, in any environment, is our primary focus.

In response to the current situation, we’ve implemented our business continuity plan — which examines all areas of business operations at every Anova fiber and wireless site. You can rest assured that we have taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers.

As we monitor the situation closely, we continue to follow announcements and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In order to deliver and support the products you count on, we have made these precautionary decisions to keep our employees safe:

  • Employees in our offices around the world, who can perform their jobs remotely, are required to work from home through at least April 6, 2020.
  • Extended sick leave for all employees.
  • Temporary suspension on all business travel.
  • Encouraging employees to seek the appropriate medical care should they become sick and to stay out of the workplace for at least 14 days (if unable to perform their jobs remotely).

Further, we are aware that the market’s volatility and volume may have highlighted the need for increase bandwidth for some customers. To that end, Anova is making additional capacity available on its wireless and fiber routes in a fast and flexible manner. Together, we can fulfill our respective roles as mission-critical participants and providers to the financial ecosystem in this challenging time.

These precautionary measures are being taken in order to limit the potential spread of the virus, support our employees and ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the long term. Anova is committed to staying abreast of the situation and will keep you informed of any significant changes to these guidelines and procedures.

Please be safe and stay healthy.
